This week we hosted a Christmas Potluck Lunch for our team members and encouraged everyone to contribute some items to donate to our local Trussell Trust Food Bank.

We had our Christmas party! The Real PM team went to a local restaurant and celebrated the festive season and the year that’s passed. The evening was full of speeches, great food, and even better company!

Turner Visit Real PM – November 23

Lars Leitner, Senior Vice President, and Chief Strategy Officer at Turner Construction Company, as well as Mehmet Sami Kılıç, Vice President of Turner International, came to the Real PM offices in November and gave a great presentation to our team.

Charity Christmas Present Wrapping With The Stanhope Foundation

Our team went to the Stanhope PLC offices and became Christmas elves for the evening as they took part in the Stanhope Foundation ‘s charity Christmas present wrapping event. It was a wonderful evening spent supporting the incredible charities Maggie's Centres, The Prince's Trust, The Mayor's Fund for London, Mencap, St Mungo's, Construction Youth Trust and helping do our bit to bring some joy to those in need.

Real PM Welcomes Paul Caille To The Team

We are thrilled to welcome Paul to Real PM. Paul brings with him over 30 years of experience and is joining our Senior Project Manager team where he will work alongside Leigh Rogers on the Woolgate Exchange project and Philip Soleil on the 41 Lothbury project.

Real PM Donates Coats to Wrap Up London

Last week our wonderful team came together and donated their pre-loved coats to the amazing organisation, Wrap Up London. WrapUp collect pre-loved warm coats to be shared directly with frontline charities supporting people through the cold this winter.

Real PM Honours Breast Cancer Awareness Month

As Breast Cancer Awareness Month comes to an end we are reflecting on what an incredible month of fundraising and awareness building we’ve seen in support of such an important cause. We want to thank our team both at Real PM and across Turner International offices where team members have taken part in #pinkoctober, donning their best and brightest pink attire to honour those we’ve lost and those still fighting.

Lansdowne House Project Stuns

At a recent site visit our team took an incredible photo of the ongoing demolition at CO-⁠RE London Lansdowne House project showing the existing atrium where the roof structure has recently been removed on programme by McGee.

Team Visit to 8 Bishopsgate

Yesterday some of our team visited one of our completed projects, 8 Bishopsgate. The 5,500 sq ft., 50-storey tower in the City of London offers beautiful panoramic views of London and even the chance to meet amazing artists who go to capture the view at their free viewing gallery on the top floor.

Real PM was recently invited to attend the Stanhope Foundation’s Breakfast meeting where several of our team members’ had the privilege to hear directly from their charity partners about all of the amazing work that they are doing and their plans for the future.

Real PM Welcomes Melissa Rogula To The Team

We very happy to announce that Melissa Rogula has joined Real PM and is our new Office and Accounts Coordinator. Melissa joins Real PM with a wealth of experience in logistics and administration support and a passion for networking and assisting members of staff. We’re sure she’s going to make a wonderful addition to the team.

Visit to Turner International India

Our Managing Director, Jeremy Ruff recently returned from a visit Turner International India. Whilst he was there he had the distinct pleasure of being able to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of their new office in Bangalore. It was an incredible occasion marked by celebration and team bonding and made even better by the opportunity to visit their amazing project, Kempegowda International Airport Terminal 2 Expansion.

25 Cannon Street Wins at the Schüco Awards 2023

25 Cannon Street won the Commercial and Mixed-Use Development category at the Schüco Excellence Awards 2023. We are proud to have provided preconstruction and programme support as well as Project management and Employer's Agent services on the project.

Real PM Welcomes Nathan Wharton to The Team!

We are delighted to announce that Nathan Wharton has joined the Real PM planning team as a Senior Planning Manager. We are excited to see him excel in his new role where he has already commenced work alongside our director Geraint Roberts on two innovative new commercial projects in Central London.

Real PM Team Visits 2 Ruskin Square Project

The Real PM team went to visit, the nearly complete and entirely impressive, 2 Ruskin Square project in May 2023 just one week before it reached practical completion. The team were thrilled to be able to see first-hand a project which we are all so proud of.

Virtual Charity Race from Soho To Sicily!

Our team took part in Stanhope’s Journey For Jobs, a virtual race from Soho to Sicily, helping to raise over £3,000 for 4 charities that specialise in helping people find careers that they love and supporting them on their journey back into the workplace.

RPM to Real PM – Our Rebrand

On the 14th of March 2023, Real PM went live with a total rebrand. We launched a new colour scheme, font, and a new logo, all of which fed into a new website, a new suite of documents and even an office redecoration. Our goal: re-energise our brand, take us into the future and emphasize our bond to Turner.

Borough Yards Project Sweeps Awards Season

The Borough Yards project picked up prizes for design, urban regeneration, and more in the 2022 awards season. We are proud to have served as Project Manager’s and Employer’s Agent on the retail and commercial office space project that restored and rejuvenated an important part of South London’s Victorian railway heritage.

Battersea Power Station Wins at SECBE Awards 2023

We are delighted to report that the landmark Battersea Power Station has been awarded Building Project of the Year at the SECBE Awards 2023. Our Planning team worked as Programme Support and Project Auditing from the beginning of the project and we are overjoyed that the project has been recognised by SECBE.

On Our Way To Carbon Neutral

In 2021 Real PM became a Carbon Assessed Organisation as part of our journey to become a Carbon Neutral organisation. We now work with Ecologi, an award-winning B Corp who helped us offset our 2022 carbon emissions through funding a wind power project in Thailand and a biodiversity reserve in Peru.
