As Managing Director of Real PM, Barry combines strategic oversight with hands-on expertise to drive complex projects forward. His ability to manage risk, budgets, and stakeholder expectations ensures that Real PM consistently delivers high-quality outcomes for clients. With a track record of leadership in diverse and challenging environments, Barry is committed to excellence and driving the business forward.

Philip is a highly motivated and results-driven Project Management professional with almost 40 years’ experience in the construction and property industry. His expertise spans a broad range of development and project management services, ensuring the successful delivery of complex schemes.

As Director of Project Management at Real PM, Philip brings a proactive and solution-focused approach to every project. His ability to navigate challenges, manage stakeholders, and maintain a sharp focus on programme and budget makes him a trusted leader in the field. Passionate about driving excellence, he is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes that add real value for clients.

Steve is an experienced construction professional with over 30 years in the industry, specialising in project planning and management. His career has spanned roles within multi-disciplinary design teams, main contracting, and consultancy organisations, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of every phase of the construction process.

As Director of Planning at Real PM, Steve brings exceptional strategic insight and technical expertise to project sequencing, risk mitigation, and delivery planning. His ability to integrate complex programmes with robust logistics solutions ensures that projects are setup for success from the outset. With a wealth of industry knowledge, he is known for fostering strong client relationships and collaborating effectively with stakeholders, contractors and project managers to achieve optimal outcomes.

Martin joined Real PM in 2021 to strengthen its front-end service offering, bringing with him over 34 years of experience in main and specialist contracting. His extensive background provides him with a deep understanding of project planning, sequencing, and risk management, ensuring clients receive robust and proactive planning and construction sequencing advice from the outset.

As Director of Planning, Martin plays a key role in shaping the early-stage development of projects, optimising schemes, and mitigating potential challenges. His expertise in both main and specialist contracting especially enabling and infrastructure works allows him to deliver tailored, practical solutions that drive efficiency and success for clients on complex construction and infrastructure projects.

Jeremy brings decades of experience in construction and project management, with a career spanning leading roles at Laing and Mace Ltd. He has a deep understanding of the built environment, working on complex projects at scale.

As Project Executive at Real PM, Jeremy applies this wealth of experience to drive exceptional project outcomes. His strategic leadership, combined with a hands-on approach, ensures Real PM consistently delivers innovative, client-focused solutions across the construction and property sectors.

Geraint is a recognised leader in project phasing, planning, and construction logistics, bringing a wealth of expertise to Real PM. With extensive experience across both UK and international markets, he has developed a deep understanding of the complexities that shape successful project delivery.

Geraint’s analytical approach and strategic foresight enable him to navigate the challenges of large-scale developments, ensuring efficient sequencing, minimised disruption, and optimised outcomes. His ability to balance big-picture planning with meticulous detail makes him a trusted advisor for clients tackling complex construction and infrastructure projects.

Nathan is an Associate Director and an experienced Project Manager with over 30+ years in the industry. He also leads Real PM’s in-house resource in the production of Construction (& Environmental) Management Plans.

Emma is a Senior Planner / Programme Manager who is known for her solid, rational approach and thorough understanding of construction processes with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Simon is a senior Project Manager with major scheme delivery experience as a Contractor, Client PM and  Representative. His background as an M&E Manager has helped improve the business skill / knowledge here.

Andrew has over 25 years of programming experience within the construction, housing, and interior fit-out industries in both the private and public sectors.

Carmen is an experienced Senior Planning Manager with over 10 years of experience. Carmen is experienced across all sectors; she has both new build and refurbishment scheme know-how and is very analytical in her approach to programming.

Nathan is a Senior Planning Manager with over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. He has successfully delivered many large, complex, and prestigious projects within Central London.

Within his role as a Senior Planning Manager Charles has worked on a large variety of projects across several stages of the project’s lifecycles. His experience working for main contractors has further enhanced the variety and scope of his experience.

Leigh is a Senior Project and Programme Manager who has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry both in the United Kingdom and in the Middle East.

Paul joined Real PM in 2023 to strengthen its MEPH services understanding and has brought with him over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry.

Chris is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building with 20 years of industry experience. He worked in main contracting before joining Real PM and has spent the past decade with the company specialising in central London’s commercial sector, contributing to the delivery of landmark projects.

Lisa joins Real PM with 12+ years of Office, Operations, and Customer Service experience with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry. With a passion for organisation and helping people, she has all things Office covered! 

Sabrina holds a degree in English and American Studies from the University of Nottingham and has a passion for creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. As the Marketing Manager at Real PM Sabrina specialises in brand development and change management.

Neve holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri – Columbia and a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Greenwich. With previous internship experience in Human Resources at Turner, Real PM’s parent company, she has built on her organizational, communication and interpersonal skills making her an incredible asset to Real PM’s admin and accounts team.
