Jeremy, co-founder and Managing Director of Real PM, has an enviable track record in the fields of property development and construction and is noted for his astute project management skills and business acumen. He is very well respected for having a cool head and for being a shrewd negotiator. He is admired by clients for his close attention to detail whilst retaining the bigger commercial picture.

Jeremy’s early years with Laing, both in the UK and internationally, followed by an extensive period as a Director of Mace Ltd, has provided the depth and breadth to perform and succeed at the highest level. He has been running the consultancy jointly with Geraint from its conception.

Geraint is recognised as a leading practitioner in the field of project phasing, planning and construction logistics. An early career path in site production planning and control provided him with excellent technical expertise whilst complex major projects have demonstrated Geraint’s capacity for successfully solving complicated programme problems to the delight of clients and other project stakeholders.

He has considerable experience in both the UK and international markets creating a wealth of knowledge to call upon when analysing the complexities of a scheme. Additionally, Geraint has key skills in heavy civil engineering and migration planning.

Steve is an Associate Director with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Steve works predominantly as a Senior Planning Manager at Real PM but can also operate as a Senior Project Manager as well as a Contract Administrator and Employers Agent on projects, if required. He is known for his solid, rational approach and thorough understanding of construction processes as well as for establishing excellent working relationships with our clients.

During his extensive career, Steve has worked within multi-disciplinary design teams, main contracting and consultancy organisations in various roles which have provided him with excellent skills through all phases of construction projects.

Nathan is an Associate Director and an experienced Project Manager with over 30+ years in the industry. He is well-liked and respected for his honest, upfront and direct approach to problem-solving alongside his broad knowledge of construction processes and techniques. He is used to managing complicated refurbishment schemes that incorporate phasing of works around live office environments. He also leads Real PM’s in-house resource in the production of Construction (& Environmental) Management Plans.

This diverse experience base allows Nathan to interpret the specific requirements of both small and large-scale projects thus ensuring their successful implementation and delivery for clients and stakeholders alike.

Philip is a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with over 20 years’ experience, gained by providing a range of development/project management services within the construction and property industry Phil utilises a wide range of skills, personal attributes and management expertise to achieve effective and successful results to any given situation or task. He is always ‘hands-on’ when it comes to managing projects and his broad experiences of all sectors / disciplines help him pre-empt problems. He retains an ability to work in both the detail and at strategic level top the clients benefit. Phil is an excellent Employers Agent / Representative and Contract Administrator.

Barry is an experienced Project and Commercial Manager over multiple sectors. He
is known for his open and honest approach and his personal skills. Barry is happy to
work at both a strategic or direct hands-on level for delivering projects and develops
a strong collaborative approach with contractors and clients alike.

Barry has worked on multiple major projects including station developments,
landmark city towers, schools, and galleries. His varied experience has also seen
him excel in Employers Representative roles on commercial office new builds and
leading high-performing commercial teams on major infrastructure projects.

Martin joined Real PM in 2021 to strengthen its front-end service offering to clients and brought with him over 34 years of main and specialist contractor experience. Martin offers a unique and invaluable knowledge base due to his 19 years as Planning and Proposals Director for specialist contractor Keltbray, wherein he delivered some of the capital’s most iconic projects.

Throughout his career, Martin has gained an impressive catalogue of experience across a wide range of market and construction sectors. This undeniable wealth of experience enables him to expertly provide clients with planning and logistics solutions through all stages of the construction process at both strategic and detailed levels.

Emma is a Senior Planner / Programme Manager who is known for her solid, rational approach and thorough understanding of construction processes with over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Emma has spent the majority of her career working for national contractors and has acquired a wealth of experience that forms the basis for all the programming / phasing / logistical studies and monitoring that she undertakes currently. She has worked exclusively in the London market and as such has excellent experience to draw on when working on schemes in the City. Emma joined Real PM in 2010 and has made the transition to consultancy very easily and is a valued team member. She has worked on several schemes where her in- depth construction knowledge has been invaluable to our Clients. She is innovative, methodical and logical in her approach to planning major projects.

Simon is a senior Project Manager with major scheme delivery experience as a Contractor, Client PM and Representative. His background as an M&E Manager has helped improve the business skill / knowledge here. Simon joined Real PM in the summer of 2016 after completing a Client PM role for BP. His experience and attention to detail plus his ability to lead a large project team has and is invaluable to Clients and to Real PM.

Andrew has over 25 years of programming experience within the construction, housing, and interior fit-out industries in both the private and public sectors. Throughout his career, Andrew has gained a considerable depth of knowledge through working on a wide variety of projects and contract forms. Resultantly, he has a keen ability to conceptualise and sequence methodologies, logistics and project timings from inception through completion and claims analysis.

As a hands-on, proactive planner, Andrew likes to involve himself in the identification and solving of on-site issues. Andrew’s experience, coupled with his unique approach, brings him to the forefront of his field.

Carmen is an experienced Senior Planning Manager with over 10 years of experience. Carmen is experienced across all sectors; she has both new build and refurbishment scheme know-how and is very analytical in her approach to programming. Whether producing her own outputs or reviewing those of others Carmen is lauded for her keen analytical eye.

Dedicated, creative and passionate about her work, Carmen has spent most of her time working on-site and developing her career in a multidisciplinary environment, working with design, commercial and construction teams to achieve project goals on time. Previous projects have included work for the likes of governments, investment banks and prestigious UK developers.

Nathan is a Senior Planning Manager with over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. He has successfully delivered many large, complex, and prestigious projects within Central London. Nathan prides himself in being experienced in technically challenging projects and thrives in high-pressured environments.

Having progressed from working ‘on the tools’ to senior management level, Nathan has a unique and valuable skill set, combining technical expertise, leadership abilities, and industry-specific knowledge. This comprehensive understanding allows Nathan to offer significant contributions towards a project’s delivery and success.

Paul joined Real PM in 2023 to strengthen its MEPH services understanding and has brought with him over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has gained valuable experience working for both a Main Contractor (Lendlease) and a Trade Contractor (Hotchkiss). This has provided him with an awareness of programming and budgetary restraints, together with a willingness to learn and develop innovative ideas.

Andrew joined Real PM in 2023 to enhance the Project Management offering. With over 30 years experience in contracting, consultant Project Management and front-end client management roles. Since 1994 Andrew has worked for leading project management consultants, Mace, APS, Second London Wall and now Real PM. He has also worked client side with Fidelity, LDA, UPP and Landsecurities.

Throughout his career Andrew has gained a unique insight into development projects having worked not just in commercial development but also on PFI projects and in the public sector. He enjoys managing schemes from inception through to completion and beyond. Having developed some 2.5 million feet of office space, delivered 500 plus residential apartments and well in excess of 12000 student.

An accomplished commercially aware Planning and Technical Manager with over 30 years’ experience in Contracting and Project Management.

An early career path in planning and production control positions in the UK before taking up senior project and corporate planning and technical roles in the to the Middle East and the UK has provided him with excellent technical expertise and complex major projects. Meanwhile his role at Real PM has enabled him to use his wealth of knowledge and technical expertise when providing programme advice to Clients on major flagship office developments in the construction phase and preparing strategic programmes for schemes at ffeasibility and concept stage.

Matthew’s knowledge and experience in the construction and finance industry on an international stage have provided him with an ability to approach projects and scenarios in a strategic and pragmatic manner. Matt has implemented his own business strategies at the highest levels, both politically and to a corporate audience in a number of international markets, whilst taking on an understanding of various cultural environments. This translates into a collaborative management style with strong administrative skills.

Matt’s background in Quantity Surveying further provides him with an astute level of commercial awareness, meanwhile, his management and leadership skills make him a desired asset to clients and project teams alike.

Lisa joins Real PM with 12+ years of Office, Operations, and Customer Service experience with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods industry. With a passion for organisation and helping people, she has all things Office covered! 

Melissa holds a degree in Costume Design and has worked on notable film and television productions for the last 5 years. Melissa joins Real PM with experience in logistics and administration support and a passion for networking and assisting members of staff. She is determined to get underway and is always looking to learn new skills to build her working portfolio.

Sabrina holds a degree in English and American Studies from the University of Nottingham and has a passion for creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. As the Marketing marketing at Real PM Sabrina specialises in brand development and change management. Her focus is on building a brand wherein everyone feels proud to be associated with Real PM.
