Real PM appointed PM for Botanic Place

Real PM is delighted to have been appointed as the Project Manager on the Botanic Place development that will redefine Cambridge’s commercial area.

We’re in good company working alongside Railpen, Skanska, Socius & Allford Hall Monaghan Morris.

The £242 million project is the largest speculative office-led scheme to begin this year in the South East, and will deliver market-defining quality, amenity and experience.

It will meet high operational and environmental standards, and provide over 40,000 sq ft of terraces, new public spaces and landscaped gardens across multiple levels, offering amazing views of the city skyline.
