At a recent site visit our team took an incredible photo of the ongoing demolition at CO-⁠RE London Lansdowne House project showing the existing atrium where the roof structure has recently been removed on programme by McGee.

Real PM is providing Programme Management, Employer’s Agent services and Project Management support to Audley Property and CO-⁠RE London on this exciting project. We are proud to be part of a great project team with Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, AKT II, Turner & Townsend alinea, AECOM and more.

The Lansdowne House project will provide 225,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space and 14,000 sq. ft. of retail on Berkeley Square in Mayfair.
