25 Cannon Street Wins at the Schüco Awards 2023

We are delighted to announce that 25 Cannon Street has come first place in the Commercial and Mixed-Use Development category at the Schüco Excellence Awards 2023

Real PM were first involved in the 25 Cannon Street in a planning capacity to begin with and having proven our work as exemplary were also taken on as Project Manager’s and Employer’s Agents. We are proud to have worked on this project, and especially proud of Philip Soleil for seeing it through to the finish line.

The 25 Cannon Street project features a distinctive neo-classical office building overlooking St. Paul’s Cathedral. Occupying a prominent island site directly opposite one of London’s most prominent landmarks, 25 Cannon Street was Pembroke’s first London development. The Portland stone-clad building also included an award-winning public garden.

As seen in Architecture Today, “The judges were impressed by the transformation of the building from a tired, uninspiring feature of the cityscape into an articulate, light-filled workplace that improves the local context and civic amenity. Special praise was reserved for the clever use of non-bespoke glazing systems, including the skilful integration of stone spandrels within the curtain walling.”
