We very happy to announce that Melissa Rogula has joined Real PM and is our new Office and Accounts Coordinator. Melissa joins Real PM with a wealth of experience in logistics and administration support and a passion for networking and assisting members of staff. We’re sure she’s going to make a wonderful addition to the team.

Visit to Turner International India

Our Managing Director, Jeremy Ruff recently returned from a visit Turner International India. Whilst he was there he had the distinct pleasure of being able to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of their new office in Bangalore. It was an incredible occasion marked by celebration and team bonding and made even better by the opportunity to visit their amazing project, Kempegowda International Airport Terminal 2 Expansion.

25 Cannon Street won the Commercial and Mixed-Use Development category at the Schüco Excellence Awards 2023. We are proud to have provided preconstruction and programme support as well as Project management and Employer's Agent services on the project.

Real PM Welcomes Nathan Wharton to The Team!

We are delighted to announce that Nathan Wharton has joined the Real PM planning team as a Senior Planning Manager. We are excited to see him excel in his new role where he has already commenced work alongside our director Geraint Roberts on two innovative new commercial projects in Central London.

Real PM Team Visits 2 Ruskin Square Project

The Real PM team went to visit, the nearly complete and entirely impressive, 2 Ruskin Square project in May 2023 just one week before it reached practical completion. The team were thrilled to be able to see first-hand a project which we are all so proud of.

Virtual Charity Race from Soho To Sicily!

Our team took part in Stanhope’s Journey For Jobs, a virtual race from Soho to Sicily, helping to raise over £3,000 for 4 charities that specialise in helping people find careers that they love and supporting them on their journey back into the workplace.

RPM to Real PM – Our Rebrand

On the 14th of March 2023, Real PM went live with a total rebrand. We launched a new colour scheme, font, and a new logo, all of which fed into a new website, a new suite of documents and even an office redecoration. Our goal: re-energise our brand, take us into the future and emphasize our bond to Turner.

Borough Yards Project Sweeps Awards Season

The Borough Yards project picked up prizes for design, urban regeneration, and more in the 2022 awards season. We are proud to have served as Project Manager’s and Employer’s Agent on the retail and commercial office space project that restored and rejuvenated an important part of South London’s Victorian railway heritage.

Battersea Power Station Wins at SECBE Awards 2023

We are delighted to report that the landmark Battersea Power Station has been awarded Building Project of the Year at the SECBE Awards 2023. Our Planning team worked as Programme Support and Project Auditing from the beginning of the project and we are overjoyed that the project has been recognised by SECBE.
