21 Moorfields Wins City of London Building of the Year 2025

21 Moorfields has won this year’s City of London Building of the Year award with 41 Lothbury & Woolgate also shortlisted

What an achievement, not only has 21 Moorfields won this year’s Building of the Year award by unanimous votes but it’s not the only Real PM project that was selected in the shortlist!

Real PM providing Programme Management services on the winning building 21 Moorfields, and we provided full-service PM services and planning support to 41 Lothbury and Woolgate!

21 Moorfields designed by Wilkinson Eyre, is now the new HQ for Deutsche Bank. Built over the Moorgate Elizabeth Line station with a 60-metre span across live rail tracks the project was extremely complex but still managed to create a beautifully impressive building that also took care to include elements to improve the local area and connectivity.
