Project Description
The 41 Lothbury project sees a sensitive refurbishment of the existing Grade II Listed building, with retention and incorporation of many of the original internal and external features, including the original banking hall.
The base build works involved the refurbishment of the 7-storey office building including the addition of an 8th floor for plant relocation, freeing up the 7th floor for extension of the office accommodation, full replacement of the MEP installations, new WC accommodation and end of trip facilities.
The CATA/B fit out of the entire building is being undertaken as part of a ‘turn-key’ delivery solution for the new tenant.
The building is being upgraded to be all-electric and is aiming to achieve BREEAM’s Excellent rating as well as the Platinum Wired Score.
Real PM’s Role
Real PM are the Project Manager and Employer’s Agent for both the base build refurbishment and the CATA/B fit out. We also provided construction programme and buildability advice alongside programme monitoring.
