Real PM PM Team Members Present Key Findings

Today, two of our Project Managers presented their key lessons learnt from several of Real PM’s high-profile projects

Each month the Project Management team at Real PM hold a team meeting where they usually go through each of their projects and briefly discuss future milestones and any lessons-learnt in a round-robin style manner. Today, however, the team decided to expand more on this format with two PM’s taking the helm and delivering curated presentations on each of their projects and their key lessons learnt.

Nick Wilson, Project Manager, presented on the exciting Botanic Place project in Cambridge. This is a geographical area in which Real PM are expanding our presence but it’s still relatively new for us, as is the sector of the project, Life Sciences. Real PM’s Barry Fowler, Managing Director, and Nick Wilson are both providing Project Management services on the Botanic Place project and from the presentation alone, it looks like it’s going to be a brilliant project!

Chris Burns, Senior Project Manager, then presented his key lessons learnt on Lansdowne House. His presentation focused on the incredible and incredibly complex design elements on the project to which Real PM are providing Project Management and programme support services. These design elements look like they are going to make for an astoundingly beautiful development in the heart of London.

Thank you to both Chris and Nick for presenting, it was a very insightful opportunity to get to learn more about Real PM’s projects in more depth. With 50+ projects on the go for Real PM at one time it’s exciting to be able to dig a bit deeper into what one another are working on.
