Project Description:
The Lansdowne House development will provide 250,000 sq. ft. of Grade A office space and 14,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail adjacent to Berkeley Square in Mayfair. The building will have sustainability targets and will incorporate biodiversity on its accessible balconies and rooftop terraces
The building is due for completion in 2027 and is targeting an ‘Outstanding’ BREEAM rating and WELL Platinum ratings.
Real PM’s Role:
Real PM are providing Programme Management and Employer’s Agent services alongside Project Management Support to Audley Property and CO-RE.
We, commended work for the project at the pre-construction phase where we provided:
- Preparation of pre-construction and construction programme
- Programme updates and management
- Buildability input
- Production of ‘Construction Management Plan’ (CMP) for the scheme’s planning application
- Logistics review and preparation of strategy
