Construction Management Plans

Providing CMP reports that contain reliable, accurate and sequenced methodologies of future projects. These also focus on a development’s impact on the surrounding environment & community. Highlighting risks and providing strong recommendations with the goal of obtaining planning approval for the site in question.

Programming, Phasing and Logistics 

Providing pre-construction advice, design phase support as well as strategic support for acquisitions.

We undertake detailed reviews of projects at all stages and produce complex network and critical path linked programmes for some of the most challenging projects in the UK and internationally. All our programmes are based on detailed quantities and outputs sourced/recorded on the back of years of practical experience.

We solve the project’s logistical constraints through in-depth discussions and agreements with local stakeholders and suppliers. We do not see this as just an on-paper exercise.   • Tenant migration planning. We provide a fully integrated migration service to tenants planning to relocate to new offices. This includes a detailed understanding of the client’s commercial operations and a translation of this into the specific operational needs. This is supported by a detailed programme and phasing slides to assist in communications to staff.
  • Procurement advice and technical evaluation of external building envelopes. Early advice on these critical elements drives effective programming and pre-construction procurement.
