As part of our service offering, we provide reliable, accurate, sequenced methodology, driven Construction / Demolition Environmental Management plans, which include estimated vehicle movements that are prepared to support both planning applications and the discharge of post-planning pre-commencement conditions.

We uniquely tailor our Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) reports to ensure the specific requirements for the relevant local authorities are satisfied, and to guarantee that the outline methodology is supported by a robust programme, made through leveraging our in-house planning department of expert programme managers. This early engagement enables us to identify key risks and opportunities that are embedded within the scheme, providing our clients with crucial recommendations at pivotal early stages of the project.

Moreover, a key element in the production of Real PM’s C(E)MP offering is undertaking an assessment of the environmental impacts and mitigation of the proposed works, which in many cases requires the production of project-specific logistics and phasing/timeslice (2D/4D formats).

Alongside the CEMP offer, we have the in-house capability to produce supporting Site Waste Management plans, which are prepared with specialist input from third parties.

Real PM understands the importance of high-quality CEMP / DMP reports. The more time and effort put in at this early phase of a development, the greater likelihood of future success, both in terms of on-time completion and cost savings. Real PM offers clients a helping hand from very early feasibility studies all the way to tenant handovers through CA / EA roles and construction programme monitoring.

The CEMP / DMP is a crucial step in this journey as it helps mitigate local third-party risks. Through our close work with local borough councils and our interaction with other local stakeholders, we are always at hand to provide assistance at the crucial planning permission stage of a project, no matter the size or complexity.
