Project Description

The Battersea Power Station project saw the iconic Grade II listed building and surrounding area developed into one of the most exciting and innovative mixed-use neighbourhoods in the world. Services provided on the project include programme management/planning support, interface with London Underground and early Phase 3 programming of the site wide element that will strategically bring the wider project together and finally, an Independent Certification Role for BPSDC and Apple as Tenant.

Real PM’s Role 

Programming support across the phases of development including spec. Audit role on phase 2 for BPSDC – Apple.

The task includes interfacing with the other project phases and the new Northern Line Extension as well as the below additional services:

  • Infrastructure Delivery
  • Infrastructure Programme & Phasing
  • Site-Wide Phasing & Access
  • Original Programme for Phase 3 Planning
  • Original Programme for NLE
  • Overall Strategic Delivery Programme
