The 21 Whitefriars project is a proposed heavy refurbishment of the existing office building in the City of London into a luxury hotel with new precast masonry façade through a partial demolition and addition of storeys.

Real PM’s Role 

Real PM were appointed in 2025 to provide a Construction Management Plan (CMP) alongside a supporting outline programme.
