London Unsafe Cladding Replacement Role

Real PM has commenced on its first programme advice and monitoring role on a recladding job in North London. The project is replacing ca. 20,000 sq. m. of non-compliant façade in line with the government’s £5bn five point plan to reassure homeowners and provide confidence to the UK housing market. The project involves the scaffolding, removal, infill and replacement of unsafe cladding with non-combustible materials.
