Lincoln St Marks Student Accommodation

Following the successful completion and handover of Phase 1 in December 2020, buildings comprising Phase 2 and parts of Phase 3 at Lincoln St Marks were, on behalf of Abrdn (Aberdeen Standard Investment) completed and handed over to the University of Lincoln at the beginning of August 2021.

The balance of Phase 3 (Block A), which includes 3 ground floor retail units, further student accommodation, living areas and remaining external hard and soft landscaping is now the focus for completion in the summer of 2022.

This latest handover represents a further significant milestone on this development, with a total of 6 buildings providing 815 bedrooms and associated kitchen/living spaces now completed as part of the delivery of this turn-key project. This phase of the scheme also provides a new management suite, further on-site laundry facilities, extensive hard and soft landscaping and connectivity to the initial Phase 1 area and further opens parts of the St Marks Development to the wider public realm.
