18 Blackfriars Gains Planning

We are delighted to share that 18 Blackfriars has gained planning.

The £1bn scheme in London sees the construction of three buildings. There will be one commercial tower of 45 storeys, topping out at nearly 200 metres, as well as a 2 residential towers of 40 and 22 storeys.

Real PM have and continue to provide planning services on the development, including strategic programme , logistics and Construction Management Plan services as well as Project Management and Programme Support on additional works.
