Project Description

Proposed redevelopment of the existing, disused, Grade II Listed Fulham Town Hall into a boutique 90-room hotel with co-working facilities and ground floor public space

The Fulham hotel seeks to not only service the needs of its clients, but to also bring this pillar of the community back to it’s former glory for the people of Fulham too. The building has already hosted an art show whilst awaiting construction and once the development is completed, it will continue to do so with the hall’s historic concert hall being proposed to be reinvigorated to an event/cultural venue for the public.

With a dedication to preserving the facade of the building and the sense of history within the building, the space won’t shy away from its former role as a public institution. Part of the design’s commitment to the public is its proposals to improve the accessibility of the building and the surrounding area. Pedestrian access will be improved by raising of the pavement and creation of a raised entrance. In addition to increasing car parking provisions by adding ancillary parking spaces and service area access.
