2 Ruskin Square Wins Award for Commercial Property Project of The Year at BCIA

It’s official, 2 Ruskin Square has won the award for Commercial Property Project at the British Construction & Infrastructure Awards!

The judges said “In the face of unprecedented challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, this team demonstrated extraordinary agility and commitment by delivering planning in record time. The team’s ability to foster real synergy across disciplines and stakeholders set a new benchmark for government buildings of the future.”

Real PM’s Managing Director, Barry Fowler, was a key member of the project team, providing Project Management services on the ten-storey commercial development in Croydon. Barry added to the judges’ remarks saying, “I’m extremely proud to have worked as the Project Manager on 2 Ruskin Square and to have worked alongside such a brilliant project team.”
