Real PM continue to successfully support Land Securities in a programme management and monitoring role as the project continues on site with the complex steel frame nearing completion and the cladding elements now being installed. The S&C base build contract with SRM is due to complete in Q3 2022 with a formal handover to Deutsche Bank to follow, allowing them to complete their internal fit-out.
