Woolgate PC Walk Around

Bringing Woolgate Across the Finish Line

As Woolgate (formerly Woolgate Exchange) nears Practical Completion, the team gathered for the critical final inspection, the PC walk-around.

Jeremy Ruff, Co-Founder, and Leigh Rogers, Senior Project Manager, both long-standing project team members who together provided monthly project monitoring for the cut and carve that is being constructed by Mace alongside Project management and Employer’s Agent services throughout, including the CAT A fit-out.

With 98% of the existing structure retained and an all-electric building, the sustainability features alone in the building made it an exciting walk through. Monitoring the project has allowed us to be on site regularly but it really takes it to another level to see it so close to the finish line in such a ceremonial and positive way.

With Woolgate’s formal PC just around the corner, we can perfectly envisage Legal and General, Handelsbanken, the two major new occupiers, working there. With the high-end amenities infused into the refurbishment, we’re sure they’re going to enjoy the new 1,500 sq ft striking rooftop pavilion and over 20,000 sq ft of terrace space per level.

As you can see in the photos below, that’s a happy handshake!
