Timber Square Phase II Receives Planning!

Big news, planning permission has been secured for Phase Two of Timber Square, marking a major milestone for this ambitious net-zero-carbon development in Southwark.

Real PM are proud to have provided a comprehensive CEMP document including programme and logistics support on Phase 2 of this innovative mixed-use commercial, retail and public space project. This phase of the development will deliver two striking new buildings, rising 13 and 16 storeys, and add around 560,000 sq ft of space to the project.
