Real PM Forms Social & Wellbeing Committees

Renewed focus on team wellbeing and engagement leads to exciting new committees

Earlier in the year our Managing Director, Barry Fowler, formed two new internal committees, a Social Committee and Wellbeing Committee. The aim of both of them is to revitalise staff wellbeing and engagement.

Real PM is lucky enough to have a lot of long-serving employees, with the average length of service sitting at around 5+ years. We wanted to make sure that we were doing our utmost to not only attract new team members but also taking care to look out for and improve the wellbeing of our existing employees. These internal committees will work together to plan socials, team bonding excursions, seek out improved benefits and orchestrate healthier living initiatives.
