Project Description

The White City Place and Television Centre projects will see the creation of 500,000 sq ft of Class A offices; up to 950 apartments, penthouses and townhomes; 3 BBC television studios renovated for the digital age; a wide range of cafés and restaurants; an independent cinema; and a 47-room Soho House Hotel & Club.

Real PM’s Role 

Real PM are acting as Contract Administrators and Project Managers on the mixed-use commercial, life science and retail project. Meanwhile, we have also been providing Programme Development / Planning support on the Television Centre element of the development.
