Project Description

Low-level commercial regeneration project in Whitechapel, East London. The new proposals will ‘open up’ the historic site, according to the design team, with ‘sensitive, high-quality architecture’ incorporating 50 new homes as well as workspaces, exhibition and events spaces, shops, cafes, bars, and public realm improvements such as new pedestrian routes.

Real PM’s Role

Real PM has provided multiple CEMP and DMPs for this commercial regeneration, masterplan project in Tower Hamlets.

The CMPs have been created for a commercial lead design, a data centre, a leisure and hospitality focused scheme, as well as others.
