Project Description

Timber Square Phase II is a key strategic acquisition for Landsec. The acquisition of the space on Ewer Street will allow the developers to extend the public realm and associated amenity, enhancing the micro-location. Once built, both sites will provide over 600,000 sq ft (NIA) of office, retail and other uses.

This development has presented unique logistical complications due to its location beside Network Rail, as well as its location in the historic Southwark area. The project is now awaiting planning with the London Borough of Southwark.

Real PM provided a comprehensive CEMP document including programme and logistics solution directly adjacent to network rail assets on this innovative mixed-use commercial, retail and public space project for LandSec.
