Project Description

£700m scheme life science estate of 20 buildings in Oxford consisting of laboratory and biomedical workspaces built alongside new homes, parks and shops on a 64-acre greenfield site.

This major project is designed to enable the next century of life-changing discoveries in science and technology with state-of-the-art labs and workspaces, infrastructure, amenities and public parks. Oxford North will help to retain and attract global science research talent and boost the national and regional economy.

Real PM’s Role 

Real PM have been actively involved on this project providing project management assistance , planning expertise and employer representative services at various stages of construction. Since 2023 Real PM have engaged with contractors and the client across multiple design stages to help deliver this fantastic development.
