Project Description

Mixed-use development comprising of 138,000 sq ft of affordable office space and 7,000 sq ft of retail space. Also featured are a 41-bed boutique hotel and two striking residential towers, one at 28-storey and the other at 33-storeys, featuring 246 private apartments.

One Crown Place was an important regeneration project in Hackney where the project team made sure to restore the existing Georgian terrace to retain the history of the area, whilst simultaneously creating a colourful, modern palette of brick and terracotta to the new-build elements to embrace the diversity of Hackney.

Real PM’s Role

Review Contractor tender submissions in terms of programme and logistics. Regular site progress monitoring role during construction until completion & handover.
