Project Description

Kier Property Developments are executing the construction of a new Travelodge hotel, at Neighbourhood Square, with space for retail and public realm. The site sits within the Watford Riverwell Scheme, near Watford Football Club’s stadium.

The proposed building extends to 5-storeys, with the ground floor predominantly serving retail.

Real PM’s Role

Real PM completed a Construction Management Plan (CMP) for the mixed-use hotel, retail and public realm development outside of London which sees the construction of a new 5 storey hotel for Travelodge.
