Lincoln St Marks University – Student Accommodation

Project Description

Lincoln St Marks student accommodation is a new University-managed ‘Student Village’ situated just minutes from the Brayford Pool Campus and a short walk from the city centre. The first phase included 1222 en-suite bedrooms in apartments comprising 6 to 12 en-suite bedrooms. Upon completion of the project there was a total of approximately 1,400 bedrooms.

Real PM’s Role 

Our primary role was as Employers Representative but we have also completed:

Masterplan/site-wide management,
Full PM / EA
Programme management
Interface management between the Landlord and tenants teams in addition to facilitating the transition to student occupation.
