Project Description

Regeneration of the existing Lewisham Shopping Centre in Southeast London to provide a mixed-use scheme combining new homes, together with workspaces, retail and open green spaces. This will involve the construction of 1,700 new homes which will be a mix of affordable housing, shared living/student accommodation and frontline worker housing.

The 1970’s shopping centre will remain fully functional during the entirety of the project lifecycle.

Real PM’s Role 

We are currently engaged by Landsec at Stage 2 to develop the construction programme and logistics solution for this complex cut and carve project. This comprised the following services:

  • Overall strategic programming and programme management
  • Infrastructure programming and phasing
  • Construction planning
  • Involved in early-stage buildability and logistics support through the design phase up to planning
