Project Description
6-acre site in the heart of Manchester city centre to be undertaken in two phases:
Phase 1- The transformation of the existing Victorian Grade II* listed Great Northern Warehouse with the conversion/construction of 150,000 sq. ft. of office, retail and leisure use. The construction works will be undertaken over a live casino and leisure facilities.
Phase 2- Repurposing of the existing 1990s cinema and car park building to create 746 apartments located within three new high-rise towers, constructed through the existing structure whilst maintaining operational car parking below

Real PM are providing full planning and pre-construction services to the Great Northern Warehouse development.
