BUPA Cromwell Hospital

Project Description

£85 million major refurbishment and upgrade of a fully operational private hospital. Works also included major mechanical and electrical upgrades.

The programme focused on three key areas:

Installing clinically leading-edge technology
Refurbishing patient rooms and other areas
Delivering exceptional patient care

Real PM’s Role 

We provided significant and detailed programming around the live hospital and its refurbishment. Additionally, we undertook the overall strategic programming, infrastructure phasing, and planning model review. The role that we performed on the BUPA Cromwell Hospital was very complex and involved a close working understanding of the operational requirements of the various healthcare departments, including the ICU.
