Project Description

The 8 Bishopsgate project is a newly constructed and recently completed new 50-storey tower in the heart of the City. The building is office-led, with flexible retail space at ground and mezzanine floor levels and features a public viewing gallery at level 50. The project also consisted of work on 3 basement levels.

Real PM’s Role

Employer’s Agent for the main demolition phase in addition to Strategic Programme development for construction, from concept design to Construction Manager appointment.
