Project Description

The Chancery Rosewood Hotel aka 30 Grosvenor Square project saw the redevelopment of the 660,000 sq ft old US Embassy, a Grade II listed building. In its place was created The Chancery Wood hotel which has 137 guest rooms, 5 restaurants, 6 retail units and many other 5-star amenities.

The scheme ensured to retain a unique external façade that reflects the building’s past, while integrating its change of use and simultaneously rejuvenating the surrounding Grosvenor Square area.
