Team Site Visit to One London

This week, our newest team member, Roxanne Darlington, went to see the impressive One London project in the City of London.

Keltbray are now at the halfway point of the demolition so it was a great opportunity for Roxanne, who only joined Real PM last month as Finance Coordinator, to see one our projects first-hand. Egemen Gulol, Real PM Project Manager and member of the One London team was joined by Keltbray’s site Supervisor for the site walk where they were able to point out to her the progress of the project as the core wall post-tensioned cables are being broken down.

Real PM is working on behalf of the project’s Development Manager, Stanhope, providing project management, contract administration and programming support for the soft strip, asbestos removal and complex hard demolition works to St Helen’s Tower.

Once complete, One London will transform the City’s historic financial district with a new 74 storey tower standing 310 meters tall. Comprising three stacked buildings, the Eric Parry designed development will become the tallest tower in the City of London and joint tallest in Western Europe, providing approximately 154,000 square meters of commercial space.
