Over-station commercial development reaches practical completion in Islington

The highly sustainable deep-retrofit project cleverly utilised the structure of three previous interconnected postmodern office blocks to provide 187,400 square feet of modern office space above a mixed-use ground floor.

Real PM provided Project Management, Employer’s Agent, plus Tenant Works Monitoring for this NABERS 5*, BREEAM Outstanding, WiredScore Platinum, WELL Platinum, SmartScore Gold project.
