Real PM Team Social Bounces!

Real PM’s social committee hosts a team social at Bounce, a table tennis bar

Our social committee hosted their first official team social since they were formed earlier this year and what a success it was!

The team all met at Bounce in Farringdon where we were able to enjoy some all of a sudden very competitive table tennis games! As Eda Karadag, Project Manager and member of the Social Committee, watched from the sidelines with her glass of prosecco the team put all notion of corporate cordiality immediately behind them and instead started to fight (with table tennis paddles and balls) to see who would be champion of the night! Here are some of our top highlights:

Father vs Daughter match which saw several rounds, many match points and whatever else the vernacular of ping pong is when two people are taking it very seriously…some may even say too seriously. We’re not sure who won but Steve White, Planning Director and Neve White, Office & Accounts Assistant, we see you and we see the genetics!

The team one-by-one realising that Mirel Lazarescu, Assistant Project Manager, is some kind of world Table Tennis champion and therefore to be avoided at all costs for fear of great embarassement

Director vs Director game – Philip Soleil, Director of Project Management and Barry Fowler, Managing Director, had a “duel”

Steve White, Planning Director, managed to continue to play whilst taking what we hope wasn’t too important a phone call

Leigh Rogers, Senior Project Manager, attending. It’s a highlight for us, isn’t he just the greatest!

Always looking over and finding Levi Fletcher and Nick Wilson, Project Managers, never not within arm’s reach from the food

And finally and most surprisingly of all, Sabrina Clark, Marketing Manager, managed to hit the ball! Yes, I am Sabrina and I am writing this and I do think this should rank as the biggest highlight of the night or at least the most shocking!!!

Thanks so much to the Social Committee, and Nick Wilson in particular, for organising this social. Only problem now is we all had such a fun time that we can’t wait for the next one!
