Project Description
Refurbishment of Grosvenor House a Victorian building in Drury Lane. The building consists of a basement, a ground floor and 6 upper floors and has been developed into luxury student accommodation.
Real PM’s Role
Real PM provided Project Management services and an Employer’s Agent role for the 47,000 sq. ft. refurbishment. Within our project management role on Grosvenor House we provided the following additional services:
- Provided due diligence support for the acquisition
- Developed a strategic programme and supported the preconstruction process, sequencing, planning procurement, etc.
- Managed the design/procurement and administrated the contracts (demo/enabling and main works)
- Proactively managed the client’s contractual entitlements and commercial interests – protect throughout all the development stages
- Monitored the project programme
- Managed tenant interface during the Construction
- Significant input and engagement with end-user tenant
