130 Fenchurch Street has received planning approval

The 31-storey commercial tower in the City of London has officially been granted planning approval

The 30 Fenchurch Street development features a jewel-like design by Wilkinson Eyre. The project seeks to not only set the standard for its architectural design but also in its cultural offering within the already impressively served City of London. With ground floor retail, a publicly accessible terrace at level 21 as well as cultural exhibition space at level 17 the project will enhance not only the lives of it’s occupants but also those around it.

Real PM delivered a Construction Environmental Management Plan to support the planning application for this Wilkinson Eyre designed commercial scheme for Aviva Investors and CO-RE for which we also provided programme and logistics support.

Congratulations to everyone involved in this milestone, it’s very exciting to see this suitability-focused high-rise scheme in the City of London get one step closer.
